The tide in sourcing Football Talents is slowly turning to West Africa and by extension Africa as the prices for European and South American players is simply becoming unaffordable to Non-Elite European Clubs.
In order to place players from Nigeria and other West African countries on the global football market, meticulous planning and strategy have to be adopted in offering visibility to such players as well as giving them the needful exposure that they so need early in their development to understand the pace, discipline and science of the game in complimenting their talent and ambition. The reality is that not everyone will navigate via the National Team selection, however those that do have the talent can sll be identified early and promoted through the use of Digital Scouting which we seek to offer.
The biggest currency in sourcing emerging African Talents are scouting videos. The Digital Scouting Africa have been structured in a way where club scouts and/or officials already have sufficient scouting information of the players and clubs they are coming to physically assess in Africa through production of high quality scouting videos and digital profiling of talents scouted through the Digital Scouting Africa.
The reality is that these talents abound across several communities especially from the rural areas of Nigeria and Africa which is what inspired us to launch the Digital Scouting Africa which will enable us to scout across various communities, streets, slums of Africa with a yearly goal of scouting about 100,000 players from where the list of the most talented players are drawn from, invited for a developmental camp and finally offered visibility to our growing network of European club scouts.
